- Do you accept pets?
No, we have just recently stopped accepting pets. Sorry.
- How do I make a reservation?
We require any major credit card and a $100 ($500 for our 2 bedroom condos) deposit to hold your condo. The
remainder is due at time of check-in on nightly and weekly rentals. For Monthly stays your first month's balance is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. When you check-in, we accept cash,
credit, or check. If you pay with check, we will run your card until the check clears, then we will refund your card.

To make a reservation over the phone, you may call our (toll free) number 866-225-1013 and have your Credit Card ready and we will get your vacation started! If you are outside the US you may call our local number (901) 569-2525. Our office hours are 8:30am - 7pm CST 7 days a week.
- What if something happens and I have to cancel my reservation?
We require 14-day notice to receive $80 of your $100 back; otherwise
the $100 is forfeited to Texas Coastal Vacations. The same numbers apply to the $500 deposit. We require 14-day notice to receive $400 of your $500 back; otherwise the $500 is forfeited to Texas Coastal Vacations. Any cancelled reservations made two or more months prior to your arrival, will automatically be forfeited, even if you cancel within our 2 week and 1 month grace period, as stated above. For Monthly stays your first month's balance is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable.
- What time is check-in, and what time is check out?
Our check-in time is 4pm and our check out time is 11am. If there is no
one checking out the day you are scheduled to check-in than you may check-in
anytime after 9am.
- How do I check-in?
I will send you a confirmation explaining this process. If for some
reason you do not receive this confirmation, you may call our (toll free)
number 866-225-1013, or our cell numbers (901) 569-2525, (901) 569-2527 as
you are pulling in to town and we will meet you with your keys and access
cards. If your phone is dead or forgotten, you may go to the front lobby of
Villa Del Sol and ask for Rick or Ty Bennett and they will page us.
- How close to the beach are your condos?
The Beach is on-site! Every one of our condos has beach access and a
beautiful view of the beach.
- What if I check-in later than 10pm?
Specify this to whomever takes your reservation and we will make
arrangements for you to pick up your keys and access cards at the front desk
of Villa Del Sol.
- How do I check out?
Easy! Just leave your keys on the kitchen counter and lock the bottom lock
as you exit. Drive home safe and we look forward to seeing you again next
year!
- Do you provide linens, towels, dinnerware, and/or silverware?
Yes we provide linens, towels, dinnerware, silverware, full
kitchens, and extra linens. There are also washers and dryers on every floor of our
complex!
- Is there a cleaning fee?
NO, NOT AT ALL, AS LONG AS IT IS FOR TWO OR MORE NIGHTS! There is a $45 fee for a one night stay.
- Can I bring my boat, trailer, and/or RV?
Absolutely, just park them in the back away from the high traffic areas
and you will be fine!
- Does it have a Swimming Pool or Hot Tub?
YES! We have a large heated pool with a kiddie pool in the first building.
Two Large Hot Tubs under a cabana in the Second building, and another large
swimming pool with a kiddie pool in the Third building. All of our buildings
are only 20 feet apart.
- How far is the nearest boat launch?
Less than a mile away on the island!
- How far is the nearest Grocery Store?
We have several convenient stores on the island, and they just built a
brand new super center Wal Mart and HEB less than 5 miles away!
- Do you have Telephones?
We have only one condo with local phone service for internet connection. Condo #1225. This condo is an additional $2 a night, $10 a week, and $30 a month. We have had too much trouble in the past, and with cell phones, there really is no need for a land lines anymore.
- Is there daily maid service?
Maid service provided prior to check-in and after check out. Fresh towels and linens provided upon request.
- Do your weeks run from Sunday to Sunday?
Not at all! Our weeks consist of seven nights and eight days, starting on the day you check-in.
- When Do I Get The Deposit Back?
The $100 and $500 deposits are only to hold the condos. You get the $100 or $500 back as soon as you check-in, because it is applied to your total. The $100 is for our one bedroom condos and the $500 is for our two bedroom condos.
- Do you provide cleaning supplies?
No, but Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes away!
- What appliances do you provide?
Toaster, Coffee Pot, Can Opener, and Microwave!
- Is there anywhere close I may get online?
YES!! Corpus Christi is ahead of the curve as far as WiFi goes. There are a few great places less than a mile away. Aqua Java has free wireless internet, as well as a free high speed computer in their lounge, you may sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, while you check your email. In Portland they have Starbucks and an internet cafe, where you may play video games, sip on your favorite beverage while you check your email from one of their free high speed computers, or even have one of their great lunches! There is also a Brand new Burger King, that has WiFi.
- What is Your Tax Rate?
Our taxes are a total of 15%. 7% City, 6% Hotel, and 2% for the new Convention Center, American Bank Center (only minutes from the condo, and packed with entertainment)!

- What Is The $10 Processing Fee For?
We pay $33 per check-in with the complex where we have our condos. This is for our parking passes, access cards, keys, and to hire 24 security. We have decided to split the cost with you, instead of passing the full cost off.
