A Valid Credit Card is required for a security deposit. Discounts DO NOT APPLY for Holidays and Weekends (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights). All Promotional Codes And Coupons Must Be Presented At The Time Your Reservation Is Made, Otherwise Discounts Do Not Apply. A $10 processing fee will be applied to your total. Weekly rates are already discounted, so promotional codes and discounts may not apply, or the discount will be applied to the nightly rate. A 14 day notice is required for cancellation on our Condos and 1 month notice for our Homes, otherwise deposit is forfeited. If you cancel with 14 or more days until your scheduled arrival, 80% of your deposit will be refunded. Any cancelled reservations made two or more months prior to your arrival, will automatically be forfeited, even if you cancel within our 2 week and 1 month grace period, as stated above. For Monthly stays your first month's balance is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. All rental charges for nightly and weekly rentals are due at time of check-in. Any changes to reservations are subject up to a $100 charge. All rates are subject to change. Cancellations the day of and no-shows will be charged for a two night stay. Cancellations during scheduled stay will result in forfeiture. An additional charge of $25 will be assessed if the dishes are not cleaned and or the condo left unkempt. Each of our condos are non smoking and a $150 fine or eviction may be exercised by TXCV. A refundable deposit is due at the time the reservation is made, as stated above. If deposit is not received, your reservation may be canceled without notice. 2 night minimum (if it is not a holiday, we offer a one night stay for an additional fee of $45 for cleaning). Discounts for seniors 65 and older, teachers, civil service employees, and military. We Accept All Of These Cards Below!
